You can listen or watch.........such choice!! Enjoy this fabulous conversation!

This episode will blow your mind! This is not only for performers but for teachers and EVERYONE! Sarah is a musical theatre, actor-musician, singing teacher with many years of experience. Sarah’s main passion is performance anxiety – a huge area that in recent years, has been exacerbated by the pandemic. Sarah has completed (and totally aced) her MA in vocal pedagogy, specialising in performance anxiety and has 3 years’ worth of research to share!

Sarah shares fascinating insights into her case studies and generously shares some of her techniques, not to mention the incredible results, some of which were documented at just 6 six weeks after their first session.

Sarah talks about personal values that align with your values as a performer, the power of mindfulness, awareness, acceptance and self-compassion. She also touches upon how we can reframe things and slowly begin to see improvements.

Sarah is in the middle of writing up her research into an article that will be published in an academic journal……so I’m taking this as an EXCLUSIVE!

Enjoy the ever so wonderful, Sarah Mahony.

Sarah mentions the work of Kristin Neff PhD and Russ Harris
